Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of Fraska and its AI chat features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the Fraska web service, related pages, and all associated features.

Any separate rules or notices posted by the operator form part of these Terms.

2. Accounts

Users may access the service through Google sign-in or other authentication methods designated by the operator.

Users are responsible for managing their own account access and must promptly notify the operator of any unauthorized use.

If a minor uses the service, the minor must do so with the consent of a legal guardian.

3. Prohibited conduct

Users may not violate laws, public policy, or third-party rights, or interfere with operation of the service.

Users may not intentionally exploit bugs, limits, or specifications of the service, or impose excessive load on it.

Users may not impersonate others, access the service unlawfully, reverse engineer it, scrape it, send spam, submit illegal or harmful content, misuse payment methods, or engage in other conduct the operator reasonably considers inappropriate.

4. AI output and user content

Text submitted to the service and generated output may be processed through external providers, including model vendors.

AI output may contain errors, incomplete information, or inappropriate content. Users are responsible for verifying important decisions.

Users represent that they have the necessary rights or lawful authority to submit their content. If third-party rights issues or legal violations arise from submitted content, the user remains responsible for handling them.

5. Plans and billing

The service may include free and paid plans. Usage limits, billing terms, and available features are governed by the information shown in the product.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for paid plans are subject to the payment provider workflow and any separate conditions published by the operator.

If there is a payment failure, suspected fraudulent payment, invalid payment method, or similar billing issue, the operator may suspend paid features or restrict account access.

6. Suspension and account restrictions

If a user violates these Terms, or if the operator reasonably determines that a violation is likely, the operator may remove content, restrict use, suspend the account, delete the account, or take other necessary measures without prior notice.

Unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of the operator, the operator is not liable for damage arising from such measures.

7. Service interruption or suspension

The operator may temporarily interrupt or suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, incident response, security measures, failures of external services, network failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.

Unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence of the operator, the operator is not liable for damage arising from such interruption or suspension.

8. Disclaimer

The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, the operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes and termination

The operator may modify or discontinue the service when necessary.

If these Terms are updated, the operator will provide notice through a reasonable method. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any dispute relating to the service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the operator's address as the court of first instance.
